Please read the instructions below before coming to collect your edible prints.
Important Before You Come
- Pickup is unattended. Once you receive our "Ready for Pickup" confirmation (email + Facebook/Instagram message), come during our pickup hours (8:00 am – 8:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, Perth time). No appointment needed — the gate is unlocked and your order is in the white bottom drawer of the cabinet. Full step-by-step instructions are in the "How to Collect Your Order" section below.
- Your order must be paid: either fully online at checkout (Stripe, PayPal, or Bank Transfer), OR via Cash on Pickup if you selected that option at checkout (leave the exact amount in the pink piggy bank near the drawer when collecting). See the Payment section below for full details.
- Do not come without confirmation — orders are printed on demand and may not be ready if you have not heard from us. Wait for the "Ready for Pickup" message before coming.
- If more than 3 days have passed since your order and you have NOT received the "Ready for Pickup" message yet, please contact us via Facebook Messenger or Instagram so we can check on it.
- Same-day or next-day pick-up must be arranged in advance. Contact us as early as possible on the day.
- This is a home studio. Please be respectful of the property and neighbours.
- Once you have collected your order, please check it before leaving in case of any issues.

How to Collect Your Order
- Come only after you receive our message confirming your order is ready for pick-up.
- Enter through the small gate under the porch.
- The gate is not locked — just press the Lock Cylinder Button to open it.
- Your order will be placed inside the white bottom drawer of the cabinet.
- Your name will be written on your bag so you can easily identify your order.
- After collecting, please send us a quick message to let us know it has been picked up.
Photo Guide
How Your Order Is Packed
Your edible prints are packed flat in a sealed bag to protect them from moisture and humidity. They are placed inside a stiff cardboard mailer to keep them flat during pick-up or postage.
Please keep the package flat when transporting. Do not bend, fold, or leave in a hot car.
Payment
🐷 Payment can be made by dropping cash in the pink piggy bank near the drawer, or by completing your bank transfer payment online before pick-up.
💳 Accepted online payment methods: Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe), PayPal, and Bank Transfer (as offered at checkout).
Pick-Up Hours
Pick-up is available 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Sunday (Perth time).
For same-day or next-day pick-up, please contact us first to confirm your order is ready — do not come without confirmation.

Safety & Collection Notes
- Please do not call at the door unannounced — this is a home studio.
- If you cannot collect at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible.
- If there are any issues with your order on pick-up, contact us immediately before leaving.
- Please keep young children supervised near the gate.
