Welcome to Sweet Prints Australia. By accessing or using our website (sweetprintsaustralia.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Services
We sell:
- Edible cake and cupcake toppers, printed on edible icing sheets
- 3D-printed cookie cutters, made with food-safe PLA material
- Custom design services, where you upload your own image or file
- A Mix Sheet Builder, where you create custom sheets mixing multiple designs
All products are handmade to order in Perth, Western Australia.
3. Placing an Order
- Orders are placed through our website at sweetprintsaustralia.com
- You must provide accurate information at checkout (name, delivery address, email, payment details)
- By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse any order we believe is offensive, unlawful, infringing on third-party rights, or that we are unable to fulfil
- Once your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). No GST is charged because Sweet Prints Australia is not registered for GST.
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Afterpay
- Stripe
- Direct bank transfer
- Cash at pickup (for local pickup orders only)
Payment must be received before production begins. For direct bank transfer, payment must reach us within 48 hours of placing the order, or the order may be cancelled. Cash at pickup is paid when you collect your order.
5. Production and Delivery Times
- Edible toppers: typically 1-2 business days production before shipping
- Cookie cutters: typically 1-3 business days production before shipping
- Standard shipping (metro): typically 2-5 business days
- Standard shipping (regional/remote): typically 5-10 business days
- Priority Printing: within 24 hours production (pickup only, see below)
These timeframes are estimates. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.
6. Priority Printing
Priority Printing is an optional service for urgent pickup orders.
- Cost: $8.00 per block of 5 edible sheets
- Available only for pickup orders in Kardinya, WA
- Available only for edible topper orders, not cookie cutters
- You must confirm availability with us on Facebook or Instagram before placing the order
- If we cannot fulfil the 24-hour timeframe, you can choose either a full refund of the order or a refund of just the $8 Priority Printing fee (with the order processed at standard timing)
7. Shipping
We ship Australia-wide only. We do not currently ship internationally.
- Standard shipping (1-2 items): $5.00
- Standard shipping (3+ items): $7.00
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150
- Local pickup in Kardinya, WA: free
Standard postage (no tracking)
Standard postage is sent without a tracking number. Sweet Prints Australia is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal carrier during transit when standard postage is used. In those cases you may lodge a claim directly with Australia Post. This does not affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Priority / Express postage (with tracking)
When priority or express shipping with tracking is used, we will support you in making a claim with the carrier if the package is lost or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

8. Custom Designs and Copyright
When you upload an image, logo, or custom design to our website, you confirm that:
- You own the image, or you have permission or another right to use it for this purpose
- The image does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
- You accept responsibility for any claim, damage, or legal cost that arises from the content you supply
Sweet Prints Australia does not check the copyright status of customer-supplied material and is not liable for infringement arising from content you upload. If a third-party rights holder contacts us, we will comply with applicable legal obligations.
We may refuse any custom design that we believe is offensive, unlawful, or infringing.
9. Food Safety and Allergen Information
Edible Icing Sheets
Ingredients (as declared by our supplier Statewide Food Distributors): Thickener (1422), maltodextrin, humectant (422), white sugar, water, thickener (1412), stabilisers (460i, 414, 415), dextrose, emulsifiers (435, 471, 491), food colour (171), flavour (vanillin), preservative (202), acidity regulator (330).
Declared allergens: contains starches from maize and potato.
Shelf life: 24 months when stored correctly.
Storage: keep airtight in a cool, dry place.
Allergen Disclaimer — Important
Sweet Prints Australia only declares the allergens listed by the original supplier (starches from maize and potato). Because of the way food products are manufactured, imported, transported, handled, and printed, the product may be exposed to unknown allergens or cross-contamination at any stage of the supply chain. We cannot guarantee that the product is free from any allergen, trace ingredient, or contaminant beyond what is officially declared.
If you have any known food allergy, sensitivity, intolerance, or pre-existing medical condition, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional before consuming this product. By purchasing you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer and accept the risk related to undeclared allergens or cross-contamination.
Cookie Cutters
Cookie cutters are 3D-printed with food-safe PLA material. Handwash only — do not put them in the dishwasher, microwave, or oven.
10. Refunds and Returns
Our refund policy reflects the fact that every product is made to order. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Short summary:
- Change of mind: once production has started, we generally cannot cancel or refund a made-to-order product
- Defective or incorrect items (our fault): we will reprint and reship at no charge, or offer a full refund
- Standard postage lost/damaged: we are not responsible for loss or damage during transit by standard postage, and you may claim with Australia Post
- Edible toppers and cookie cutters are not returnable once produced (food safety and hygiene)
- Refund requests should be made within 7 days of delivery, with photo evidence
Nothing in this section removes, limits, or changes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, which always applies in addition to our own policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on sweetprintsaustralia.com (text, images, logos, designs, graphics, code) is owned by Sweet Prints Australia or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse our content without written permission.
Designs uploaded by customers remain the property of the customer, subject to the warranties in section 8.
12. User Accounts
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your password secure
- All activity that happens through your account
- Letting us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses
- We are not liable for damage to cakes, baked goods, or other items on which our products are used
- We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, health emergencies, strikes, supplier failures, internet outages, carrier disruptions, or government actions.
15. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to our website at our discretion if these Terms are breached, or for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when it is posted on the website. We encourage you to check this page occasionally.
