Sweet Prints Australia ships Australia-wide and offers free local pickup in Kardinya, WA. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery options, costs, and timeframes.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which always applies in addition to our own policy.

1. Shipping Zones
We currently ship to Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Rates

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Sweet Prints Australia is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on shipping or products.
3. Local Pickup (Kardinya, WA)
Free local pickup is available from our Kardinya location.

- Hours: by appointment; we will coordinate a convenient time with you
Same-day or Next-day Pickup
Same-day or next-day pickup is not available for direct online orders unless it has been confirmed with us first. For urgent pickup, please contact us before placing your order:

If we confirm availability, you can place your order online and add the Priority Printing option.
4. Priority Printing
Priority Printing is an optional 24-hour production service.
- Cost: $8.00 per block of 5 edible sheets
- Available only for pickup orders in Kardinya, WA
- Available only for edible topper orders, not cookie cutters
- Activated at checkout
- Availability must be confirmed with us on Facebook or Instagram before placing the order
If we are not able to fulfil the 24-hour timeframe, you can choose either a full refund of the order or a refund of the $8 Priority Printing fee only (see our Refund Policy).
5. Production Time
Our products are handmade to order. Production time is separate from shipping time.

6. Shipping Times (after production)
Shipping times are estimates provided by the postal carrier and do not include production time.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They depend on the postal carrier and can be affected by weather, public holidays, peak seasons, or carrier disruptions.
Total estimated time (production + shipping):
- Edible toppers to Perth metro: approximately 3-7 business days
- Edible toppers to regional Australia: approximately 6-12 business days
- Cookie cutters to Perth metro: approximately 4-8 business days
- Cookie cutters to regional Australia: approximately 7-13 business days
7. Shipping Carrier
We ship via Australia Post or similar carriers. The specific carrier may vary depending on the destination and order size.
8. Tracking
- Standard postage: no tracking number
- Priority / Express postage (when selected): tracking number provided
When a tracking number is available, it will be sent to your email address after the order ships.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
Standard Postage (no tracking)
When an order is sent by standard postage (no tracking number), Sweet Prints Australia is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal carrier during transit. In those cases:
- You may lodge a claim directly with Australia Post: auspost.com.au
- We can provide proof of postage if you need it for a claim
This clause applies to transit loss or damage and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if the product was defective or not as described at the time we shipped it.
Priority / Express Postage (with tracking)
When priority or express shipping with tracking is used, we will help you with claims for lost or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@sweetprintsaustralia.com.
10. Incorrect Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we can:
- Reship to the correct address at your expense (you pay the new shipping cost), or
- Issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee
Sweet Prints Australia is not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided by the customer but not received (for example, stolen from the doorstep).
11. PO Boxes
We can ship to PO Boxes in Australia. Please make sure the PO Box is valid and accessible.
12. Public Holidays
We do not ship on Western Australia public holidays. Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day. This may add to the total delivery time.
13. Peak Seasons
During peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day), production and shipping times may be extended due to high demand and carrier delays. We recommend ordering early for these occasions.
14. Bulk and Corporate Orders
Bulk and corporate orders may have different shipping arrangements. Please contact us at info@sweetprintsaustralia.com for a custom quote on large orders.
