Important Before You Come

  • Pick-up is available only after you receive our message confirming that your order is ready.
  • Please do not come before receiving our ready-for-pick-up message.
  • We are not a retail shop and we are not open to the public.
  • Collection is for pre-ordered items only.
  • Please collect between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
  • Please message us after you have collected your order.

The house is located at the corner of Winterfold Road and Anglesey Drive.

How to Collect Your Order

  1. Come only after you receive our message confirming your order is ready for pick-up.
  2. Enter through the small gate under the porch.
  3. The gate is not locked — just press the Lock Cylinder Button to open it.
  4. Your order will be placed inside the white bottom drawer of the cabinet.
  5. Your name will be written on your bag so you can easily identify your order.
  6. After collecting, please send us a quick message to let us know it has been picked up.

This is the cabinet where your order will be placed. Your edible print will be inside the white bottom drawer.

How Your Order Is Packed

Your edible print is packed inside a sealed bag and then placed inside a rigid envelope made for shipping edible sheets.

This means your order is well protected and safe to remain in the drawer until collected under normal temperature conditions.

Payment

  • If paying cash, please place payment in the pink piggy bank on top of the cabinet.
  • If you have already paid by bank transfer, you can simply collect your order.

Any day from 8:00am to 8:00pm
Monday to Sunday

Safety & Collection Notes

  • The area is secure and monitored.
  • Please collect only your own order.
  • Please make sure the drawer is closed properly after collection.
  • Pick-up is available for confirmed orders only.
